How Ethiopian Delivers works

Click on the Create an Account button at the bottom of this page. Complete your details, and remember, you can have a different billing address from your shipping address if needed.

After registration, you will receive an email with your Ethiopian Delivers Customer Code. This helps us identify who the parcel is for and where to send it. You will also receive details of how to address purchases from UK retailers.

Start shopping online at your favourite retailers and follow the address instructions carefully so every purchase reaches your Ethiopian Delivers address with your Customer Code.

Once we receive your parcel from the retailer, we register it to your account. You will receive an initial email advising this and will then be able to log into your account to check the progress online. Your parcel will be sent by airfreight and cleared through local customs on your behalf.

Once your parcel has been cleared and unpacked at our warehouse, in your destination country, you will receive another email confirming that your goods are ready to collect!

Once your parcel is ready to pick up, please visit the Local Branch Office or Agent collection point to collect your parcel/s. Alternatively, if you would prefer to have them delivered to your home or work place, you can pay for this online – either way your purchases will be with you and ready to enjoy!
